Green Sea Moss is a superfood sea algae rich in nutrients. The green moss gets its unique color from the chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is a green pigment that lets plants absorb light and make food through photosynthesis. It contains a more pungent ocean smell than the golden sea moss.
Green sea moss is excellent for detoxification purposes and anemia. The health benefits of chlorophyll include anti-inflammatory properties, gut health support, wound healing, boosted immunity, high antioxidants, and body deodorizer.

Directions: (20g of dried moss averages to 2 cups of gel).
Rinse 20g of dried sea moss thoroughly with spring water. Comb through the sea moss with your fingers to remove any trapped particles.
Rehydrate the sea moss in a bowl with water and cover it with fresh spring water.
Squeeze 1-2 key limes in the water to help remove the ocean smell and taste from the moss (optional).
Cover the bowl and soak for 4-6 hours.
Drain off the water and give the sea moss another rinse with spring water.
Place the sea moss in a blender with 1 1/2 - 2 cups of fresh spring water. Use boiled water for a smooth texture. Blend until you reach your desired texture. Add more water to achieve your desired consistency.
Place sea moss gel in an airtight, sterile container and refrigerator for up to 1-month. You may freeze sea moss for up to 3 months in the freezer.
Take 1-2 tablespoons a day. Blend or dissolve in soups, smoothies, sauce, applesauce, or hot tea.
